Certifications for
Class VI O-Rings

With every shipment of Molding Solutions USP Class VI O-Rings comes a certification document. The standard certification statement is as follows:

We certify that these parts were manufactured from a Molding Solutions compound which has met the requirements of USP Class VI testing. Compliance is based on a single batch which is considered representative of production. It is the sole responsibility of the end-user to determine suitability of the product for any specific application.

The certification documents are provided on our letterhead and contain the ring size, ship date, quantity, lot information and a signature of an authorized company representative.

Copies of the USP Class VI test report are available, upon request, for your files.
